Sunday sunday

... A wet and rainy sunday. I am full of roast and a cake I baked this morning and it is nice to be indoors. I don't know if there is a word for that feeling. The feeling of being well fed, warm and inside when it is rainy and windy outside. Perhaps I could try and come up with one, although I imagine the French already have the perfect phrase. Much like these fantastic words:

* Sangfroid, French: the ability to stay calm in difficult circumstances (not sure I possess this, alas.)
* Bakku-shan, Japanese: a beautiful girl if viewed fom behind (this is a bit like butter face, a monet, or fit from afar far from fit.)
*Espirit d'escalier, French: when you come up with the perfect verbal comeback; much too late (we've ALL been there!)
* Backpfeifengesicht, German: A face badly in need of a fist (I suppose this could also be called a 'cowell')

I wonder if I can come up with anything that'll be just the ticket. In the meantime I'll get back to enjoying feeling snug and look at the weather from my couch... mmmm. H x
